Dear Colleagues;
Today I am very excited to announce the launch of Next Level CONVERGE, an important next step in the expansion of our packaging and facilities solutions businesses and a key milestone in our future success.
The Next Level CONVERGE project will combine the best business, enterprise and process practices across our Premiere Packaging, American Packaging, and CleanSmart Solutions businesses, creating a new, fully customized business system within Next Level.
Led by APC’s Howard Edleman with business support from John Luyben (PPI), Dennis Savage (CCS) and Kaye Leedham (APC), Next Level CONVERGE will move the packaging and facilities solutions divisions off their legacy systems (Inform, Prophet 21 and ASW), and onto the Next Level platform currently used by Kelly and Spicers.
When complete in 12 to 18 months, our new system will enhance almost every aspect of our packaging and facilities solutions business – from order entry, point of sale, warehouse and logistics to inventory management, purchasing, EDI, electronic payments and beyond. Next Level CONVERGE will provide complete visibility of inventory across all product categories for all businesses including Kelly and Spicers.
This investment in technology will both simplify and improve how we do business today and into the future, and further supports our primary goal of making business easy for our customers, vendors and employees.
You will be hearing a lot about Next Level CONVERGE over the next year as we prepare to Go Live with a tiered approach beginning summer/fall 2021. In the meantime, we will answer all your questions about the new system, including a launch timeline and more details about how it will affect you and how you do your job.
For now, please join me in kicking off the year of taking our business to the Next Level – together!
All the best,

Jan Gottesman
President
